Access to opportunities is guaranteed, but job placements are based on performance, readiness, and consistency throughout the programme.
The programme is subsidised by the kind support of our partners. A commitment fee of GHS 150 is required to secure your place.
All sessions are delivered virtually.
The programme runs over a structured period of three months (13 weeks), including training sessions, mentorship, and assessments.

Young women who are serious about building a career, not just finding a job. Typically, they fall under these categories:

  • National Service Personnel
  • Recent graduates (tertiary level)
  • Graduate Interns
  • Entry-level employees with under 3 years of experience
Participants who demonstrate strong performance may be connected to job opportunities, and will continue to benefit from the Duafe Community’s network, mentorship, resources and ecosystem.
